Sound Production
The production of sound from, infant to adult, has always showed fasination in the production arenas that a person can explore. How, as an infant, the air begins to travel through the body. From the stomach area to the chest area, then out of the nose and mouth. This is the natural cycle of the breathing that is adapted from the time as a baby. This natural fact and way of breathing, through the years of growth, has changed it's pattern. Usually through the uses and non-uses of breathing patterns has changed could be because of lost or misused ways of breathinig. Bringing back the natural way of breathing can be learnd again. Being very conscious of your breathing method, just as that of a baby.
The Hearing
Sounds put into various forms makes forms that either contract or distract or impair, distorts, cause disenvolvement, causing envolvememt or to sooth and smooth out the ailments that could cause harm. These sounds, no matter what kind they are, are a type of music. The combinations of sounds have different effects on different things. All things have an adhearence to a vibration cause a movement. What is to say who can stop this vibration? Some people don't like the sounds because it makes them move. All things and everything moves, whether seen or unseen. Movement can't be stopped, unless you stop the earth from moving. This is a rhythum of musical motion. It's something to think about, the thought of production, musical production, sound production, movement.
Breathing Technique
There has been no causes to learn a breathing technique for we all do it naturally in our everyday lives. Breathing has never been thought of as using a technique for survival, because it's just natural. There is a technique that I learned during my vocal carreer that has caused me to have more of the awareness of my circulation and other functions in my body that could need attention. I realized that the whole body is considered a cavitity. It has cavitities and air pockets that, I realize, haven't or rarely been used. This breathing techinque I learned fills the entire body cavitity to allow all functions to be realized of its workings. There are two areas of breathing the chest and the diaphram, I call the stomach. Filling these areas both with air causes a longevity in duration and stamina when doing activities for a longer period of time. In performance it is used in dancing, and or, singing, or both. Without a breathing techinque, doing both, singing and dancing in a performance can be very strenuous and some time non-accomplishable. Having a techinque can allow both to be accomplished without strain or exhaustion. Beginning a breathing technique, as in all techniques, starts slow as it is a habit that you're forming. To breath correctly can ensure a longevity in life. Vocally it enhances your sound and projection, before microphones. Wonders have happend with the right way of breathing.
And Music
Who can make music? Mostly everyone. It would be the type and style of music that would makes a person to \"perk\" ears up to listen. Listening to the sounds that go along with lyrics or just listening to the music itself. The rhythms, the beats, the movements that are produced to make a statement for getting a reaction from the actions of the musical rhythms. These beats are what makes people, plants, animals move. Everyone has a rhythm of their own wanting to express themselves to the environment and also to themselves and others. Bringing on a feeling that exerts a thought of freedom, and/or, a sence of feeling free in the expressions of conveying a thought or an impression one wants to convey to individuals or the world. It is the how of wanting to express themselves to convey the message through music.

Music
I grew up where there was music everywhere, Elementry school, Middle school, High school, and College. The one thing that impressed and made me wonder was the movement of music and why it was. After studying about it I realized that the sounds of the instruments had a virabration and a motion to it. Like dropping a pebble into a pond the waves of the water incircled out round and around moving through things, either melodically way or haphazardly way which causing violence in a disruptive way. This is in accordance with a physical pattern of what makes up love, life and rage. A disturbance, that can be, to either cause joy, pain or sorrow. The movements of music or sounds can't be stopped, but it can be observed and marvel. Is it to imagin to be enjoyed or destroyed? Let music do the work through sounds. It is and can be a healing jesture.
A Care Spectrum
There has been uses for health, stamina, fitness, awarenesses to keep alive and well. Who has the concern that we, of course, however, put our trust in modern medicine and man made chemicles which can and could cause cause's which are arbituary tested on people, animals, plants and many other growth products produced in order to possibly find solutions or to stop situations from getting out of hand, or causing a big change. We have to take note to the times and differring changes that are occuring and voice the harmfulness and hinderances in lives that are distructive and to voice them. Letting all to know this isn't peace. Is it?

The Gains of Good Health
I haven't always lived having vitamins around me, but the nutritional values of eating the right foods, the right content of every mix. Sugars, Syrups, Startches, Carbs, Protein from foods and other natural food properties. Eating right with the right foods can make your heart strong and living long, this is what I was told. What I wasn't told the combination of the food and the excercise that should take place to instill the proper balance of nutrient through out the body. Immune Systems have been strengthen through the right nutriants which causes a chain reaction to any ailing or distrought physical need. Take the vitamin and supplement because there may have been a missing link from the years of additive abuse in food. This has to be made up for our living cause.
A Good Life
A good life is insistant on having good health. There are many ways of having good health. Eating the right foods and taking vitamins and exercising. Vitamins and supplement on the market that claim to be better than the last. But, you should to know what each vitamin can or cannot do in going through the system. I learned about \"chelation\", which, as I understand it, allows the vitamin to desolve rather quickly in to the system, giving a feeling of more vitamin. This way the vitamin isn't waisted. Getting more vitamin in your system enables us to feel better with ourselves and gain stamina in what ever endeavor we do. I've taken complex vitamins to multi-vitamins. There is a specific dosage of each vitamin that works well with the body and it's system. Too much of a one vitamin allows for an imbalance of the specific dosage usage. I look at all the vitamins that help people and supplements. After a time, I could see and feel a difference from the time I began a regiment of taking vitamins and supplements. It made me aware of the importance and vital the make up of the human body. Aware of the intake of vitamins and what part of the body they will most effect and work from there; exercising, cardio, the ways of breathing, heart beat, and circulitory system. This is how I do one of the \"how-to's\" of health and wellness.
Credible Dreams
Credible Dreams We all have them. You can say that incredible dreams has turned into credible dreams. the credible dreams could be somewhat what you've worked for, or with. I've always had credible dreams when I want someone to feel good about themselves or just the doing of somethings that make life or the goings on in one's life just a little bit more comfortable. This is my blog which I will bring on ideas that could stimulate the thoughts of living better healthwise and possible ways of releaving mental stress. There are formulas and ways what I use to ease the stress levels. Being a heart attack and stroke survivor, I have learned the art of comfort and exercise to calm the anxiety. I have different thoughts on my experiences with strengthening the body, mind and spirit through vitamin intake and movement and sound development, i.e., vocal production. Thanks.
